Not by working harder (of course that helps), but by bringing clear judgement, a bias towards action, and raising the standard company-wide.
Founder Sports Club (FSC) has reached 7-figure scale in ~12 months, with >10,000 customers. Now we’re gearing up to turn it into a daily-use product that will scale to $10M+.
It’s a novel idea, people are intrigued when they come across it and our brand is well known in entrepreneurial circles.
Now we’re looking for the operator**.** The one who makes FSC a product founders never want to leave.
This is not a normal role. It’s an opportunity to drive a fast growth startup with complete ownership and none of the personal ‘risk’ that comes with starting your own business. For the right person, this is a career-defining seat.
